Please review all FAQs below before booking.

Is a deposit required?  

Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If for some reason, appointment is still sustained without deposit, a $50 same day booking fee will be applied.

What if I need to reschedule? 

To reschedule appointments, please contact Francheska via phone call immediately. Refer to Policies for further instructions.  

Is hair included? 

Yes! 

Do I have to use a certain type of hair?  

For most braiding appointments, hair is included in pricing unless mentioned otherwise. It is the client's responsibility to inform Francheska of any unique requirements before appointments. i.e. (apple cider vinegar pre-rinse). Please note, any color outside of the natural hair color (1, 1b, 2, 4) will be more in price. Ombré will be more in price, and tucking will be more in price. 

How do I know what length to get?

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment? 

If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. Please contact Francheska for any other questions. 

Do you work with all types of hair? 

Yes, all types of hair are welcomed. If you have any concerns pertaining to medical needs, thinning hair or thick hair, be sure to ask questions during consultation. Please note there may be additional fees added to your service for additional accommodations. Francheska’s priority is to provide you with best quality style for your individual hair.

Do you work with colored hair ?

During your consultation, be sure to mention your preference of hair color as well as your current hair color for best quality of work during appointment. Tucking fee will apply if necessary. These details are to be discussed during consultation.

Is there a required hair length for booking an appointment?

During your consultation, please inform Francheska if your hair length is under 4 inches. She can provide personalized advice on requested styles or provide guidance on the most complementary styles. Francheska will provide you with any additional information for special cases. 

Can I bring guest(s) or my kids to my appointment? 

YOU MUST COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE. 

What happens if I’m late to my appointment? 

Francheska understands that things may occur. If you are running late, please contact your braider in advance via email, text, or phone. Late fees may be charged to your service depending on your arrival time. 

Is washing my hair required? 

All clients are expected to arrive at their hair appointment with their hair thoroughly washed & blow dried (no damp hair). Your hair must be clean and dandruff free. Unless discussed prior, your hair must be blow dried, otherwise there will be an additional $20-30 fee (based on hair length).

How long will my appointment take ? 

The length of your service will be discussed during consultation. However, the Francheska Method prides itself on quality of work so much needed time will be invested in each clients experience. Clients are asked to not rush the process. Please make sure to plan for this.

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

Customer satisfaction is the top priority. During your consultation, Francheska will provide all necessary information about chosen styles. However, it is also the clients responsibility to do their research on the styles they choose. Please ask all questions- nothing should be left for assumption. All clients are asked to practice self-advocacy before, during and immediately after services.
